1. Product Introduction

SCD-105B is a through-arrow strapping machine, which is specially designed for strapping heavy objects on pallets. The open bow frame with movable through-belt can firmly strap the pallets and the bundled objects together for easy movement and transportation. The machine is connected to the conveyor line and photoelectricity in front and back, so that the strapping can be fully automatic and unmanned. 2. Product Features

● The characteristic of the through-arrow strapping machine is that it can be equipped with an ultra-low table for through-sword strapping of pallets. The belt path (sword groove) automatically passes through the structural holes of the pallet, and the product and the pallet are bundled through the strapping belt.

●Standard configuration uses strapping tape specifications that are suitable for 406mm inner diameter. The large inner diameter of the tape reel is more conducive to reducing the curvature of the strapping tape and improving the success rate of the strapping machine.

●The arrow-through strapping machine adopts a side-bundling head structure with a tightening force greater than 100KG. It is suitable for strapping tapes made of PP and PET materials, and the main machine moving stroke standard is 600mm.
