SCD-105A is a fully automatic horizontal strapping machine, specially designed for large items and pallet strapping. The gantry moves up and down for horizontal strapping. The machine can be connected to the conveyor line on the left and right to realize automatic strapping. ● The characteristic of the horizontal strapping machine is that it can strap the pallet strapping in the horizontal direction. The matching sword strapping machine can strap the product and the pallet more reliably, which is more conducive to the handling, storage and logistics of the product.

● The standard configuration adopts the strapping tape specification that adapts to the inner diameter of 406mm. The large inner diameter of the tape reel is more conducive to reducing the curvature of the strapping tape and improving the success rate of the strapping machine.

●The horizontal strapping machine adopts a side strapping head structure, with a tightening force greater than 100KG, suitable for strapping straps made of PP and PET materials, and a standard moving stroke of the main machine of 250mm.
